The Biology of Mental Health

This course is for: - Anyone who has ever felt lost or alone, and may have lacked the support they wish they had. - Anyone who has gone to therapy but didn't feel like they learned anything that helped them. -Anyone who wants to understand themselves better and make positive changes This will explain many of the missing pieces in making sense of the human condition, which may be hindering our self-esteem and our capacity to live a balanced life.
